The programme is designed to fine-tune key practical elements of enterprise-led development ideas and equip them with core managerial skills that ensure business success in diverse and competitive market environments. The SDG Transformation Lab of the Yunus Center at the Asian Institute of Technology (YCA) is able to meet this need through a 3-day eXtended Technical Review and Assessment (xtra) module that helps consolidate learnings from the APYE program and community, and convert them to handy core management and business skills. This solution fits YCA–TransLab’s “engage-educate-empower” approach, and builds on resident skills and experience gained over a decade of studying and advising on enterprise-led development
