Sassi Attarad


Sassi has worked with vulnerable communities in both the U.K. and Pakistan, with a particular emphasis on vulnerable youth and health-related issues such as substance abuse, HIV and AIDS, as well as Covid-19. Sassi is currently working with the Yunus Thailand Foundation and the Yunus Center at the Asian Institute of Technology on its Covid-19-related programs and has previously worked with the social impact consulting firm Youth, Rights, and Health focused on project development and research regarding migrant women. Previously she was a recovery practitioner for victims of substance abuse at Change Grow Live and worked with the Pakistan Lions Youth Council implementing a sexual and reproductive health program in rural Pakistan. Sassi has a Masters in Public Health from Kings College London, and a Bachelors in Genetics from University College London.
